Univox PHZ1 Micro-Fazer

The PHZ-1 Micro-Fazer was probably similar to pedal version. Here's some info from Scott Blake:


  It is AC powered and contained in a small tolex covered box.  It has the
  following controls on the front:

  Power Switch (with pilot light)
  In and Out jacks
  On Switch - this switches the effect on and off
  Slow/Variable switch - this toggles between slow mode and variable mode
  Rate Knob - this controls the speed of the effect in variable mode

  There is a red lighted Univox logo on the front
  of the unit which blinks in time to the phasing effect.
